Refunds are available only to new customers who are using our services for the first time. Existing customers renewing or upgrading services are not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds apply only to specific services, such as shared hosting plans. Custom services, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-ons are non-refundable.
Accounts that have exceeded specified resource limits (e.g., bandwidth, storage) or that have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that any setup fees, domain registration fees, or other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered. The 7-day period begins on the date of the initial transaction, regardless of when the service was activated or used.

All domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered or renewed.
Any setup fees associated with the initiation of services are non-refundable.
Any services that have been customized to the specific requirements of the customer are non-refundable.
Any additional services or addons purchased in conjunction with hosting plans, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or premium support, are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), an alternative refund method may be arranged at the discretion of VigilX Networks. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
